Is your price always lower than the apps?
Not always — but often. If our price isn't lower, we'll tell you plainly and you can book wherever you found the better deal.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few hours, on WhatsApp. Fares change quickly, so our quote is valid at the time we send it.
Can I book for my parents or someone else?
Yes. Many of our travellers book for family — tell us who's flying and we can share updates with them directly.
How do I pay and get my ticket?
Once you're happy with our price, we share the payment details. Your e-ticket or hotel voucher comes to you on WhatsApp and email.
Who helps if my plans change?
We do. For changes, cancellations or refunds on a booking you made with us, write to support@startrips.in.
